One of my latest pieces, currently on display at Frisco Square, is the first in a series of themed wall sculptures I am building. The photos I’m putting up currently aren’t that great, but I didn’t get to take proper pictures before the piece went on public display.
This piece measures 2′x4′ and has considerable […]

The Shooting Star sculpture was created as an entry in the Rising Star project put on by the Visual Arts Guild of Frisco. This piece is almost 6′ tall at rest, a little taller in motion, and weighs about 120 lbs. It is made entirely from scrap steel which was hand cut, polished […]

They’re a little late but this is one of my more recent creations - a Valentine’s day gift.
Each of the hearts was hand-cut from stainless steel and welded onto a steel stem. The faces of the hearts were then ground to a fine finish and the steel stems were creatively braided together.

I call this piece Modern Again because, even though I was originally inspired by some 1960’s art hanging in a museum, this piece feels quite modern and right at home on my own wall. Still, I’ll give it up because I make all of this stuff so others will hopefully enjoy it, not just […]

These two are examples of pieces I made as holiday gifts for friends and family. Each is hand cut from sheet steel using the Plasma Torch and then either TIG or MIG welded together. Everything has been completely ground by hand to impart interesting and eye catching textures. As you can see, one is […]

This tree measures aprox. 32″w x 33″h and “floats” about 2-3″ from the wall it is mounted on, allowing it to have a nice little shadow where it is hung. It requires only one nail to hang it, and the hanger is centered such that the tree is balanced in a vertical position on the […]

This piece of modern, geometric sculpture was essentially a study in several techniques for me. Created out of 2″ x 2″ tubular steel, and standing about 5′ tall, this sculpture was cut and welded together in such a way that there are no visible weld marks. It was designed so that when viewed up close […]

Each of the ten roses in this bouquet was hand made using a variety of metalworking processes. The rose petals were initially cut out with an Oxygen /Acetylene torch (blowtorch). Each petal was then welded together utilizing the MIG welding process. The petals were then individually bent by hand into the completed shape. Leaves were […]
